Workday Integration Developer

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom integrations in the Workday ecosystem to meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services, along with an ability to troubleshoot and optimize integrations to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Integration Developer:

Design and Development of Integrations: Create and maintain custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), and other Workday tools to support business requirements.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, payroll, and IT teams, to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit tests, system tests, and end-to-end testing on integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability before deployment.

Integration Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing Workday integrations to ensure they perform optimally and meet evolving business needs.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration design, testing scripts, and troubleshooting procedures.

Compliance and Security: Ensure data security and compliance standards are met in all integrations, following internal and external regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners and vendors to align integration solutions with organizational objectives and best practices.

Qualifications for the Integration Developer:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Workday Expertise: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other related technologies for integration development.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve integration issues effectively.

Project Handling: Experience working in cross-functional project teams and handling multiple integrations simultaneously.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Workday certifications in Integration or related areas are a plus.
