Job Title: Desktop Support

Job Description:
Provide Level 1 support and hands-on technical assistance, primarily focused on imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for a large user base across North America.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Image and deploy desktops/laptops for ~3,500 users across US, Canada, and Mexico
Handle FedEx shipping/receiving logistics, create return labels, and register devices
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and manage storage room organization
Coordinate with vendors and support AV conferencing for digital events
Work onsite M–F, 8am–5pm, with a 1-hour break
Must-Haves:
2–4 years of Level 1 IT support experience (No more than 5 years of experience)
Experience with laptop and desktop imaging
Strong communication and reliability
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with WiFi connectivity and ServiceNow ticketing
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Mac systems (10% of the environment)
