Hiring: Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

We're looking for a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join a fast-paced team working on data-driven solutions for the financial trading industry. This role involves building and managing Oracle databases that process large data batches from AWS S3 and transforming that data through PL/SQL for downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and scripts

Handle data ingestion from AWS S3 using SQL Loader

Perform complex SQL querying, analysis, and transformation

Support performance tuning of queries and stored procedures

Collaborate in an Agile team environment to deliver high-impact solutions

Must-Have Skills:

8–10 years of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development

Strong SQL skills for querying, analysis, and performance tuning

Experience with AWS cloud services

Familiarity with SQL Loader for batch data loading

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Python scripting for automation

Experience with Linux/Unix environments

Exposure to Control-M, Java, or database modeling

Prior work in the financial sector or capital markets

Project Overview:

Incoming data lands in AWS S3, is loaded into Oracle via batch jobs, and then transformed for financial applications. You’ll own the development of the database layer and drive data manipulation logic essential for the business.
