Promote accountability within the team while maintaining a supportive and productive work environment.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Translate technical project details into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders.

Gather and document business requirements to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

Process Optimization:

Implement and support agile methodologies or other project management frameworks to enhance team productivity.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, roadmaps, and lessons learned.

Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and team collaboration.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Track project changes and manage their impact on timelines and resources.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
