Our team blends creative strategy with technical execution to deliver measurable outcomes. We’re growing our digital team and looking for a technically skilled leader who can balance hands-on coding with platform-based marketing technology implementation.
As Lead Web & Data Integration Developer, you’ll take ownership of the technical execution that powers our digital work – balancing hands-on coding, CMS implementation, and data integration with team leadership. While core development responsibilities remain foundational to this role, you’ll also support our agency’s evolving use of AI – helping to explore and implement tools that automate workflows, enhance personalization, and connect data more intelligently. This is a unique opportunity to shape both the current tech stack and the future of how we work.

Support digital tracking by implementing scripts and tag integrations (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
Integrate data across platforms including CRMs, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), websites, and lead gen tools
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines; automate reporting using Python and/or SQL where applicable
Lead platform integrations and data syncing with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Looker Studio
Ensure secure, SEO-friendly, and ADA-compliant digital assets and data flows
Identify opportunities for AI implementation (e.g., automation, personalization, content workflows), execute implementations and partner with internal teams on roll-out
Research and test new tools and frameworks that support AI and marketing technology integration
Maintain documentation, enforce data governance, and validate data quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, media, strategy, and account service
Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making across projects
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in web development and/or data integration
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla, jQuery, or frameworks like React)

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data syncing across platforms
Experience with Python, SQL, or R for automation and reporting

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Experience:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (or willingness to achieve it shortly after hire—agency-supported)
