Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Appian Developer with a strong background in business process management (BPM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading end-to-end Appian implementations, from design to deployment, and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Appian Certified Senior or Lead Developer certification.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Appian development experience.

7+ years in software development or software delivery roles.

In-depth knowledge of Appian platform capabilities and components.

Experience with Appian objects such as Records, Sites, Interfaces, Process Models, Constants, Web APIs, Decisions, Integrations, CDTs, and Data Stores.

Ability to debug, analyze, and enhance existing applications.

Strong understanding of third-party system integration with Appian.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid database and data modeling knowledge.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Prior consulting experience in investment banking or capital markets is a plus.
