Software Delivery Lead

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Position: Software Delivery Lead

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Delivery Lead to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software engineer with strong leadership skills to step into a pivotal role supporting agile project teams. This individual will help drive technical delivery, relieve some of the current architectural and managerial load from leadership, and improve the team’s overall speed and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical planning, estimation, and implementation of scalable solutions

Mentor and coach developers to elevate technical capabilities across teams

Collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to translate business needs into development work

Oversee sprint execution, task prioritization, and production release processes

Identify and remove blockers to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience:

8+ years of software development experience in C#, .NET, and OOP

Experience in a leadership or mentoring role

Professional experience in an Azure cloud environment

Strong background in full stack development (Angular/React + backend)

Hands-on experience with API configuration and integration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience identifying and implementing team-wide technical solutions

A track record of improving development processes and team efficiency
