Senior .NET Developer

Lead IT Technical Role – Addison, TX (Onsite 4 Days/Week)

I’m working with a long-standing client in the healthcare space who is looking for a Technical Lead to join their growing IT team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity requiring onsite presence in Addison, TX 4 days per week – so you’ll need to be local or open to relocating.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help drive high-impact projects, mentor a collaborative team, and bring fresh thinking to technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end software delivery

Remain hands-on with coding, architecture, and design decisions

Define technical improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives

Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams

Champion best practices around code quality, performance, and documentation

Mentor junior developers and lead by example

Contribute to a mix of technologies including .NET, Java, cloud (AWS/Azure), and relational databases

What They’re Looking For:

8+ years of software development experience

Strong background in .NET or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

Comfortable in Agile environments, using tools like Git

Strong communication skills and a passion for leading technical teams

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred)
