Network Operations Analyst

Job Title: Network Operations Support ( NOC)

Location: Downtown Pittsburgh PA

Regular Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

Job Description:

Were hiring a Computer Operator to join our 24x7 Operations team! In this role, youll support enterprise systems, log and escalate hardware/software issues, and assist with equipment installations and decommissions. This is an on-site position in a high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24x7x365 operational support for enterprise infrastructure

Log hardware/software/infrastructure issues and escalate to appropriate teams

Perform equipment, network, fiber, and copper installs and decommissions

Deliver off-hours service desk support when needed

Track work using enterprise project management tools (Primavera preferred)

Requirements:

Experience in computer operations, data center, or IT infrastructure support

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management

Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24x7x365 environment

Primavera or enterprise project management tool experience a plus

Preferred Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA Server+/Network+, or equivalent
