Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
Develop technical documentation and provide training to endusers
Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies and produce deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value
Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data monitor health usage and overall compliance of the application
Prepare and execute ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATF test cases and test scripts
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a Technical or Business field
Minimum of 7 years designing ServiceNow architecture data designs or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
Experience developing test scripts and plans
Experience working on an agile team
LDAP Active Directory knowledge
Minimum of 4 year handson experience developing maintaining and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes procedures and software including knowledge of ServiceNow
Self motivated and able to work autonomously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certifications CSA CAD CIS ITSM CIS ITOM and SecOps and SPM
Experience in a Managed Services environment
Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL
ITIL 4 certification is an added advantage
