Job Details

Compensation: Up to $70/hour with weekly compensation

Type: Contract to Hire

Hybrid (3 days onsite/week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support enterprise applications and endpoint management solutions across a complex IT environment.

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including deployment, configuration, updates, and vendor coordination.

Oversee endpoint management systems using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), SCCM, and Autopilot.

Configure Windows OS deployments, application packaging, and automated software distribution processes.

Build and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and administrative templates for device management.

Troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications and core infrastructure platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, SQL, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on application testing, updates, and system migrations.

Participate in technical planning related to system upgrades, lifecycle management, and cloud transitions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and operational procedures.

Serve as Tier 3 escalation support for enterprise systems and endpoint-related issues.

Job Requirements:

7+ years of experience managing enterprise applications and endpoint environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.

Deep understanding of Windows OS deployment and Active Directory operations.

Experience with cloud identity platforms such as Entra ID and related integrations.

Proficiency in managing device compliance and security through Intune policies.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with productivity or business support applications used in complex environments.

Excellent documentation skills for system configuration and support procedures.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Willingness to work onsite in a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) and be available for after-hours support when necessary.
