Principal Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade technology solutions. This role will play a key part in modernizing our digital workplace, enabling intelligent automation, and leveraging Microsoft cloud capabilities to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable enterprise architecture solutions focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Exchange Server, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot integrations.

Develop architecture blueprints and documentation to guide technical teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Provide subject matter expertise on cloud technologies, specifically Azure, and recommend best practices for adoption and governance.

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Create and maintain scripts and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) to support deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks.

Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of the IT ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT architecture, with a strong focus on:

Microsoft Exchange Server

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises)

Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale enterprise technology solutions.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services and architecture.

Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and a strong understanding of infrastructure automation.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred)
