Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

A seasoned Quality Assurance Lead who brings deep expertise in testing complex systems and thrives in leading QA strategy across large-scale, cross-functional projects. This individual will drive quality initiatives across agile teams, foster best practices in test engineering, and play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in a QA Lead or equivalent leadership role.

Proven experience leading QA on large-scale, enterprise-level software implementations.

Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, continuous integration, and DevOps practices.

Extensive experience in Warehouse and/or Transportation Management Systems (Manhattan Active WM experience is a plus).

Hands-on experience in test automation, including:

Writing Selenium-based test scripts in JavaScript or Java (WebDriver, WebDriverIO, Appium, etc.)

Using test runners like JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, Jasmine.

Working with Selenium Grid, modular test frameworks, and reusable components.

Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity) and version control systems.

Comfortable using Jira and QMetry for test and defect management.

Expertise in backend validation using SQL and test data management practices.

Strong understanding of performance and load testing principles.
