Program Manager
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide overall leadership, oversight, and contract management for a Facilities and Life Support Services contract operating across multiple overseas locations. The position will be based in the Washington, DC Metro Area and serves as the primary point of contact with the U.S. Government for all matters concerning the program.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the principal liaison to the Government, overseeing all aspects of contract execution
Lead monthly internal and external performance reviews
Manage financial performance to meet contract and corporate goals
Provide strategic guidance and operational support across all project sites
Ensure successful execution of all contractual requirements and service lines
The Program Manager must have experience managing the following functional areas:
Prime power production
Facilities and infrastructure maintenance
Hospitality services
Fire alarm and suppression system maintenance
Physical security equipment and infrastructure
Engineering design and minor construction
Grounds maintenance
Warehousing and inventory management
Minimum Qualifications
Active, in-scope TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
If degree is in another field, an additional 6 years of experience in Engineering or Business Management is required (can be concurrent with management experience)
Candidates without a bachelor’s degree may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the U.S. Government
10+ years of management-level experience on contracts of similar size and complexity
5+ years of personnel management experience
Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD)
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting programs for the IC or DoD
Work Environment
Periodic travel to overseas and remote locations, including short-notice deployments
Willingness to work long hours under potentially harsh or hazardous conditions
Compliance with appropriate field attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
