Our client is seeking a Product Manager IV who will focus on launching a new overlay portal solution, IVR replacement, and BAU support. This role involves supporting the Contact Center aspects of global product lines.
The Project Manager IV will have support of an experienced product lead. There will also be a small team with a program manager for each effort, a sales ops analyst to create sales processes, and an operations business analyst for operational processes. The extended team will include software engineers, product engineers, network engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, training, pricing and promotions, and sales enablement resources.
The Product Manager will be expected to be in office 3 days a week in Philadelphia.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic and Implementation Goals : Setting and achieving strategic and implementation objectives.
Documentation : Updating and creating documentation for new solutions and the relaunch.
Vision Sharing : Creating and sharing the vision with End-to-End teams.
Sales and Support : Identifying sales talking points and collateral, and defining operational and customer care support.
Lifecycle and Upgrades : Assisting with lifecycle work and Teams upgrades to ensure a smooth transition and implementation process.
Create detailed customer journey for products
Deploy a new portal solution
Launch a new IVR solution
Support product updates / requests
Own a set of products / solutions
Provide continuous BAU support
Assist in Contact Center re-sale and in other ongoing programs as an additional resource
Work hand in hand with program managers and key stakeholders
Required Skills:
Experience with Unified Communication products is a big plus
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Experience working with Ucast will be helpful.
Exceptionally strong presentation and communication skills knowledge of product-related skills in deployment and readiness
Proven product skills in the industry.
