Role: Senior Java Engineer

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have expertise in:

Java (with Spring / Spring Boot / API development)

ElasticCache (AWS)

NoSQL

Kubernetes

Jenkins

Work Location

Engineers are expected to work onsite in the Mountain View office at least three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (minimum).

Role Expectations

Must be self-starters with high ownership and accountability.

Responsible for task completion and active participation in daily stand-ups.

Able to escalate blockers and identify risks proactively to ensure timely delivery.

Preferred experience (not mandatory): Referral Management Systems or Affiliates/Partner Management Systems.

Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into system design diagrams and execute accordingly.

Responsible for developing, testing, and deploying code to production using Jenkins pipelines.

Participation in pager-duty/on-call rotations (approx. one week every two months).
