Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Experienced Agent at Exact Medicare. The Agent will be responsible for assisting seniors in choosing the right Medicare plans, educating clients on plan options, and providing personalized recommendations. The Agent will also handle enrollment processes, resolve client inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Medicare plans and regulations

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience in sales or insurance brokerage

Ability to work independently and remotely

Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems

Licensing as an Insurance Agent or Broker

Additional certifications in Medicare products (e.g., AHIP certification)
