Job Title: QA Lead with Guidewire SBT experience
Location: Columbus, Ohio
We are seeking a Quality Analyst (QA) Lead with expertise in Guidewire's Standards Based Template (SBT) product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SBT updates and be skilled in writing test scenarios. Additionally, the QA Lead will manage a team responsible for delivering end-to-end quality assurance for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business, including testing integrations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the quality assurance efforts for Guidewire's SBT product across Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business.
Develop and write comprehensive test scenarios to ensure thorough testing of SBT updates. Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including integration testing, to ensure seamless functionality.
Collaborate with development and business analyst teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
Continuously monitor and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of test results and provide actionable feedback to the team.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Quality Analyst Lead, particularly with Guidewire's SBT product.
Strong skills in writing and executing test scenarios. Experience in Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Commercial Property lines of business is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant QA tools and methodologies
