What You’ll Be Doing:
Facilitate Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams
Apply Agile principles as guidelines, not strict rules
Create a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
Quickly identify and resolve team dynamics or process blockers
Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
You’ll Bring:
5+ years as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with a team-first mindset
Experience with non-SDLC environments (e.g., infrastructure, security, analytics)
Proficiency in Confluence and familiarity with Gherkin/BDD concepts
Ability to tailor Agile practices to meet team and project needs
A positive attitude and low-ego approach to leadership
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Exposure to risk, compliance, or investigative projects
Familiarity working with professionals from diverse backgrounds
