Helpdesk Technician
MUST BE IN OHIO
Required Skills:
Strong technical support skills with proven Tier 1 Help Desk experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Experience resolving common support issues including:
Password resets
Email troubleshooting (Outlook, Exchange, etc.)
General hardware/software support
Hands-on experience with Windows (MS) and macOS environments
Exposure to both Help Desk and Desktop Support roles (must have Help Desk experience at minimum)
Desired Skills:
Experience handling Tier 2 support issues
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing systems
Comfort supporting hybrid environments with both Mac and Windows users
Ability to troubleshoot issues both remotely and in person
Strong documentation habits and understanding of support escalation processes
