Schedule: Fully Onsite

Salary: $100k - $115k + 10% Bonus

Essential Functions:

Research, design, propose, build, and implement solutions for initiatives, inclusive of software implementations, custom development, reporting solutions, and workflows.

Assist with the ongoing activities of administration, configuration, and support of key systems

Play active role with project management leadership to multiple initiatives assigned including but not limited to scope, timelines, status reports, risks management plans.

Be an active participant in the completion of projects and initiatives with IT, internal personnel, contract personnel, and third party partners.

Facilitate workgroups to document, evaluate, and reengineer processes.

Work with developers on behalf of stakeholders.

Drive the testing efforts inclusive of creating test cases and plans, bug fix efforts, and testing.

Assist in creating training materials, conducting training to develop proficiency on solutions

Develop and execute effective change management plans to ensure adoption from stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Ability and desire to learn and train on new software/systems at a rapid pace; ability to become a recognized expert on those systems

High degree of emotional intelligence & ability to facilitate, negotiate, influence, and build consensus in crucial conversations

Provide written and verbal explanations/information on complex issues that ensures comprehension by audience

Intermediate project management skills to manage, and execute projects throughout a full lifecycle in a highly matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic work environment

Advanced skills in eliciting requirements, process diagramming, root cause analysis, and test management

Advanced analytical and forward-thinking skills to define, analyze, and solve complex problems through innovative approaches or solutions.

Must be self-directed; able to work independently and as a team player

Recognize when to deviate from standards versus follow process.

Education and Experience:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/education

6+ years of experience in a similar role

3+ years leading and hands-on management of cross-enterprise software projects and implementations; experience with web-based projects preferred

3+ years facilitating transformative business process changes

3+ years of experience directing efforts of third-party technology partners & IT service providers

Intermediate proficiency in Lucid chart, MS Project, Office Suite or equivalent tools

Intermediate proficiency with software development lifecycle tools

Proficient financial skills to assist in creation of Business Cases and Cost Benefit Analysis

Intermediate proficiency with business intelligence/reporting tools desirable

Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint desirable

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead solution delivery efforts across various technology and business process initiatives. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to drive software implementations, custom development, process optimization, and organizational change efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute solutions that support key business initiatives-including system implementations, reporting improvements, and workflow automation.

Provide ongoing support and configuration for enterprise systems.

Contribute to multiple project efforts by managing scope, timelines, reporting, and risk mitigation in coordination with project leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, contract staff, and external vendors to successfully deliver business and technology projects.

Lead sessions to analyze, document, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements and priorities into actionable development tasks.

Lead software testing activities including test planning, case creation, defect tracking, and execution.

Support user adoption through training content creation and live sessions to enhance proficiency in new tools and systems.

Create and implement strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates during system or process changes.

Qualifications

Proven ability to quickly learn and master new software tools and serve as a go-to expert for internal teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus, lead discussions, and navigate high-stakes conversations.

Adept at simplifying complex technical topics for both written and verbal presentations to varied audiences.

Solid understanding of project management practices with experience managing initiatives across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Expertise in gathering business requirements, mapping workflows, analyzing root causes, and overseeing testing processes.

Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to support innovative solutions.

Comfortable working independently while also being a strong collaborator across departments.

Ability to recognize when to follow established processes and when to implement alternatives.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

6+ years in a business analysis or similar role.

3+ years managing enterprise-wide software implementations, ideally with web-based applications.

3+ years leading business transformation efforts and optimizing workflows.

3+ years overseeing the work of external vendors and technology service providers.

Intermediate proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Project, and Office applications.

Experience with lifecycle project management tools.

Financial acumen to support business case development and cost-benefit evaluations.

Working knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools and SharePoint is a plus.
