Career Crafters is hiring on behalf of a premier nationwide distributor specializing in cutting-edge products like intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, AV, and smart home technology.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work from the Las Vegas branch, helping customers find the best products for their needs while supporting sales growth and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Engage with contractors, integrators, and installers to understand their needs and recommend the right products

Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to guide purchasing decisions

Build relationships with new and existing clients by delivering excellent service and expert support

Handle inbound sales calls and place proactive outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on quotes

Accurately process transactions, returns, and payments using POS and ERP systems

Maintain a professional and organized showroom, keeping displays customer-ready

Partner with warehouse and branch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Consistently meet and exceed branch sales goals through upselling and cross-selling initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management

Background in security, surveillance, AV, CCTV, or low-voltage products is a major plus

Basic understanding of sales principles and inventory procedures

Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal systems (POS, ERP)

High school diploma or equivalent required
