Locations: Linthicum/Annapolis Junction, MD Northridge, CA Tucson, AZ

We're looking for a Sr. Principal Embedded Software Engineer to support a high-impact program involving advanced weapon systems. This is an on-site position offering the chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded software applications

• Integrate firmware and software in complex, real-time environments

• Decompose system-level requirements into detailed software tasks

• Support design, algorithm documentation, and system-level integration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in CS, EE, CE, or related STEM field with 8+ years of experience

• Strong in C, object-oriented programming, RTOS, and ARM architectures

• Skilled with secure embedded systems and Agile tools (Jira, Git)

• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Background in missile systems or fire control systems

• Familiarity with PowerPC, FPGA, VHDL/Verilog

• Hands-on system/missile testing experience
