IT Project Coordinator (Contractor)

SUMMARY:
We have an urgent/immediate need for a Project Coordinator to support our Finance Transformation project. This person would be supporting one of our client's resident project managers with all the meetings and working sessions that make up a typical transformational project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in project design meetings engaging with stakeholders to understand, gather, and clarify project scope, objectives, and requirements to create and maintain comprehensive project artifacts (Project Charters, Business Cases, Requirements Documentation, Project Plans, resourcing, process maps, data flow diagrams, etc.)
Provide support to project management leadership including coordination of working session facilitation tasks with the primary project manager
Scheduling and supporting facilitation of meetings and working sessions
Support facilitation of project design meetings ensuring proper attendance of the right
Recording meetings/working sessions
Saving and managing recordings off for all sessions
Tracking attendance and duration for key participants in calls leveraging call statistics stakeholders by proactively reaching out to any who may be absent but that are needed in each meeting
Onboarding/Offboarding of all 3rd party Consultants
Backing up PMs from 2 related project workstreams recording meeting sessions as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA Degree and several years of professional experience working in a Technical Project Coordinator or similar roles
Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative, self-starter, and strong people manager during cross-functional projects with various levels or personnel, and is capable and comfortable working with and managing stakeholders and third-party consultants
Prior experience coordinating business/digital transformative with finance technology and collaborating with finance stakeholders (preferred).
Experience onboard/offboarding third-party consults.
Skilled at documentation, collecting deliverables, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with virtual collaboration platforms and video conferencing solutions, specifically MS Teams and Teams Call Management
Familiarity with project management workflow tools (i.e., Smartsheets, MS Project, Jira/Confluence, ect.)
