Senior Analytics Developer w/ Genesys

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in Snowflake and enterprise data systems. Genesys Cloud experience is a critical requirement for this role, including proficiency with its APIs, SDKs, and Architect Flows. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in building robust data pipelines and integrating data across diverse platforms.

Required Skills:

Genesys Cloud experience is a must, including integration, API/SDK knowledge

5–7 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL Server, including data modeling, performance tuning, and handling structured/semi-structured data for extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Proven ability to integrate and analyze data from systems such as Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and external/internal APIs. Skilled in monitoring, debugging, and optimizing data flows.

Familiarity with creating AI-driven insights from enterprise data. Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and prompt engineering.

Proficient in developing and managing ETL pipelines using tools such as IDMC, Spring Batch, and Autosys.

Strong experience with data ingestion automation using scripting languages (Python) and orchestration tools.

Understanding of data quality, governance, and automation practices.

Expertise in real-time dashboard creation using Grafana/Elastic and advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

Proficient in programming languages such as Java and Python.

Experience working on large-scale platform transformations and managing multiple simultaneous development projects.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and frameworks.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
