Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide advanced technical support for end users in both remote and on-site environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and endpoint management via Intune, as well as experience with support ticketing systems and Active Directory environments. This role requires someone with excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently to resolve escalated IT issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS environments
Manage Intune enrollment, compliance policies, and device configurations
Build and deploy systems using Intune Autopilot
Respond to and manage incidents through Freshservice or similar ticketing systems
Create, manage, and troubleshoot Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange accounts, including mailbox permissions and migrations
Perform Azure Active Directory tasks such as user account provisioning, group management, and password resets
Support end users via phone, remote access tools, and in person when necessary
Collaborate with other IT staff on projects, escalations, and root cause analysis
Maintain documentation for support processes, system configurations, and user guides
Required Qualifications:
3–5+ years in a help desk or desktop support role, with some experience in a senior or lead capacity
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 suite
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployments
Familiarity with Freshservice, ServiceNow, or comparable ticketing systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange and Azure Active Directory administration
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, or similar)
Experience with MacOS support (optional based on environment)
Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting
Experience supporting hybrid or remote workforce environments
