Senior DevOps Engineer (Startup experience)

Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Manhattan, New York City (4-5 days in)

Comp: $200,000 – $260,000 basic salary + meaningful equity

We're looking for DevOps Engineers to join a fast-growing, engineering-led startup that's building high-performance products for scalable generative and conversation AI tools. This role is embedded within a small and highly collaborative engineering team, responsible for platform reliability, deployment automation, infrastructure scalability, and tooling to improve developer velocity and production uptime.

About you

3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles

Proficiency with AWS cloud services

Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)

Comfort with scripting or development in Python

Passion for automation, systems thinking, and delivering robust production environments
