Core Responsibilities
Support and improve the firm’s custom-built trading dashboard (real-time P&L calculations using SQL stored procedures).
Serve as a critical DevOps resource for internal development, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment processes.
Provide hands-on infrastructure support across core systems, contributing to end-user success and IT stability.
Collaborate on security initiatives including SASE (e.g., Netskope or Zscaler), PIM, MFA, and cloud-native access control.
Help drive the firm’s "cloud-first" strategy by participating in decommissioning remaining on-prem servers and transitioning to platforms like Egnyte.
Work with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, provide end-user support, and resolve bugs or make changes to existing stored procedures.
Create lightweight scripts and integrations (e.g., SOAP-based data pull, data flow automation).
Participate in the implementation / administration of enterprise platforms like Oracle and ERPs.
Provide rotational support coverage and contribute to firm-wide infrastructure management, as needed.
Candidate Profile
5–10+ years of progressive IT experience, ideally starting in infrastructure support or desktop/network roles and evolving into DevOps or scripting-heavy roles.
Strong understanding of DevOps tooling and CI/CD workflows, including automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Demonstrated experience in hybrid IT environments.
Exposure to enterprise platforms like Oracle, ERPs, and cybersecurity frameworks is a plus.
