Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience: Typically, 2+ years of experience in Appian development, with experience in BPM applications and leading teams for senior roles

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Appian Designer, SAIL, Process Modeler, and data modeling.

Strong understanding of REST and SOAP webservices with experience integrating Appian with other various platforms

Solid understanding of Appian architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Agile Methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.

Additional Preferred skills:

Experience with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, .NET, or similar) is a plus

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture is a plus.

Expertise with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Certification: Associated Developer certification is a plus

Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
