About the Role:

We’re hiring a Power Platform Developer to deliver high-impact, integrated solutions across production, operations, and logistics. You'll help build and optimize digital tools that automate internal processes, boost productivity, and unlock actionable insights on the shop floor and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

️ Develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that digitize and automate manufacturing processes.

Build Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs like throughput, downtime, and supply chain metrics.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with ERP, MES, and Microsoft 365 tools.

️ Reduce manual workload by automating inventory, maintenance, and procurement tasks.

Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Ensure data governance, system security, and compliance with industry standards.

Provide documentation and user training to promote adoption and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Knowledge of system integration using APIs, connectors, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and operational goals.

Strong data modeling and visualization skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience in fast-paced environments.

What Will Set You Apart:

️ Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure, or SharePoint.

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies.

Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience with maintenance management, asset tracking, or inventory control systems.
