About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment, and strong programming skills in SQL and Python. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines that support business operations, analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

Integrate data from NetSuite ERP and other business systems into our data warehouse or analytics platforms.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Optimize existing data workflows for performance and scalability.

Participate in data architecture and warehouse design discussions.

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, or SuiteScript data extraction.

Strong proficiency in SQL (e.g., complex joins, window functions, performance tuning).

Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.

Experience with data integration tools and APIs.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

Preferred:

Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.

Familiarity with business processes such as order-to-cash, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Knowledge of BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
