Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to manage the support and enhancement of deployed machine learning solutions. This role involves leading support operations, handling change requests, client coordination, and driving automation opportunities across ML pipelines and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between client and offshore teams for ML solution support

Troubleshoot production ML pipeline and deployment issues

Monitor model performance, handle data anomalies, and suggest optimizations

Lead shift-based support, including on-call weekend support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and drive improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in ML operations or engineering

Hands-on with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Proficient in Databricks, MLOps tools, and CI/CD for ML

Strong in data engineering, pipeline orchestration, and model versioning

Proven leadership in team handling and client communication
