Job Title: IAM & SSO Integration Specialist

Job Summary

ConnectedX is seeking a highly skilled IAM & SSO Integration Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity solutions, with a strong emphasis on federated authentication using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols. You will play a critical role in enabling seamless and secure access to enterprise applications such as Adobe Experience Platform via Azure AD and SailPoint.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation integrations using Azure Active Directory, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.

Configure and support SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ for lifecycle management, access certifications, and role-based access controls.

Lead integration efforts for applications like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring secure and user-friendly authentication flows.

Manage and troubleshoot IDP-initiated and SP-initiated login processes.

Develop and maintain identity governance policies and workflows.

Conduct periodic access reviews and assist with compliance initiatives.

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to assess authentication and authorization needs.

Stay current with identity security threats, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

Required:

10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD, SailPoint, and SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).

Practical knowledge of both IDP and SP-initiated SSO workflows.

Experience enabling SSO for SaaS platforms, especially Adobe Experience Platform.

Strong understanding of identity federation, provisioning, and authentication flows.

Familiarity with IAM-related compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Preferred:

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.

Certification in Microsoft Azure, SailPoint, or related IAM technologies.

Familiarity with SCIM, LDAP, and REST APIs.
