Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager to fill an open position with one of our clients. This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead multiple projects while ensuring they stay within budget, schedule, and scope. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and financial oversight. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution within defined constraints, minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to methodologies.
Manage budgets, financials, and vendor relationships, including SOWs and offshore resources.
Develop and implement structured communication plans for stakeholders.
Drive project success by coordinating teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining project schedules.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Proficient in MS Project, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Project Online/Server (PPM tools preferred).
Experienced in managing multiple projects with budgets between $500K - $5M.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk/issue management, and cross-team collaboration.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, including delivering difficult messages and influencing decisions.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
PMP Certification is a plus.
