Akkodis is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion - ERP Implementation Lead (Project Manager) for a Direct Hire job with a client located in LA, CA.

Pay Range: $170,000 - $220,000 + bonus -The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Location: Local to LA/ Orange County

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the client-side project manager overseeing a full Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP implementation.

• Coordinate with an external consulting partner responsible for building and configuration.

• Lead and manage internal teams across HR, finance, and supply chain.

• Facilitate executive-level stakeholder discussions, track progress, follow-ups, and meeting notes.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication between all parties.

• Support change management initiatives and partner with a dedicated Change Management Lead.

Key Requirements:

• ERP Implementation Experience (must-have):

• Ideally involving all 3 pillars: ERP (finance), HR, and Supply Chain.

• Stronger consideration given to candidates with Oracle Fusion in healthcare, especially provider orgs like hospitals.

• Will also consider candidates with Workday or SAP ERP experience if strong.

• Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

• Background as an ERP analyst or tech-functional hybrid is a plus.

• Understands principles of organizational change management.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, hold vendors accountable.

• Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills (exec presence is critical).
