Oracle Software Engineer (Oracle Utilities A Must)

A highly reputable organization based in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled Oracle Utilities Certified Developer with expertise in Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), or Meter Data Management (MDM). This role is part of a talented Market Systems team that plays a critical role in delivering essential services to communities across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) for Wholesale and Transmission Billing operations.

Improve upon and optimize existing CCS configurations.

Design and support integrations between CCS and various enterprise applications.

Lead the full lifecycle of solution development, including architecture, customization, testing, and deployment.

Develop detailed user and technical documentation for all new and existing customizations.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in software development, programming, or coding.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field may be substituted for experience depending on qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep experience with Oracle Utilities products (CCS, C2M, MDM) and their data models.

Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities MDM (Meter Data Management).

Familiarity with other MDM products on the market.

Prior experience as an MDM solution architect or systems integration lead.

Expertise in meter-to-cash processes and utility billing systems.

Experience designing within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Track record of success in full lifecycle Oracle Utilities implementations.

Proficiency in SQL and cloud-based system delivery.

Oracle Utilities MDM Implementation Certification or other Oracle certifications.
