About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be part of a small, growing team building internal AI-powered tools that directly improve how teams across the business operate. You'll speak directly with users, identify pain points, and develop real solutions, not just models, but actual products.

This role is about engineering first and foremost, building scalable, intelligent systems with a strong foundation in software development. You'll have the freedom to experiment, the backing of a major financial institution, and the agility of a startup.

What You'll Do:

Build ML-driven internal applications from scratch - all greenfield development

Collaborate directly with internal teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical AI tools

Apply LLMs and classical machine learning methods to real-world problems

Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable systems in a flat, collaborative team

What We're Looking For:

Ideally 2-10 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning (could be flex)

Strong understanding of mathematics, statistics, and ML concepts

Comfortable building full products, not just writing models or code snippets

Experience in startups or lean teams is a big plus

Python experience preferred, but open to other languages

Passionate about LLMs, AI, and building tools that make work more effective
