Business Intelligence Analyst

One of our staffing partners is hiring for a pharma client who is seeking a BI Analyst with data engineering skills to support business operations through analytics, reporting, and data pipeline development. Collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making.

Salary offered $55-65k per year

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

Perform advanced data modeling, cleansing, and transformation for accurate reporting

Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems

Work with structured and unstructured datasets for comprehensive analysis

Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and performance tuning

Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data infrastructure and improve accessibility

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights

Automate reporting processes using Python, R, or other scripting tools

Requirements:

Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar)

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation

Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development

Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)

Ability to optimize database performance for efficient querying

Understanding of Python or R for data analytics and automation

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or other big data technologies

Knowledge of API integrations for data ingestion

Exposure to machine learning applications in business intelligence
