Staff Full Stack Engineer

Andiamo is helping to hire for a fast-growing AI company that is seeking a dynamic Staff Engineer to work across its full tech stack in deploying and customizing enterprise AI solutions. This role is responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, including building proof-of-concepts (POCs), developing data connectors, and implementing customer-specific components required for enterprise deployments.

The Staff Engineer will collaborate closely with the broader engineering team to enhance the platform and advocate for customer-driven workflows. The role requires proficiency across the frontend, backend, and machine learning components of the stack.

Key Responsibilities

Develop POCs tailored to specific enterprise clients by deeply understanding their needs and delivering aligned technical solutions.

Build data connectors and other custom integrations to support successful enterprise adoption.

Partner with internal engineering teams to improve the core platform and incorporate customer feedback into product development.

Operate across the entire tech stack (frontend, backend, and ML) to solve end-to-end technical challenges.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure customer success and satisfaction throughout the deployment process.

Qualifications

A versatile and experienced generalist engineer with 7+ years of professional experience in software development across diverse technology stacks.

Strong programming skills and a track record of independently owning complex technical initiatives.

Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.

Located in or willing to relocate to New York.

Preferred Experience

Background working with foundation models, transformer architectures, or generative AI technologies.
