Position Summary:
The IT Network Manager will be joining a highly successful and functional IT Team that supports the technology needs of Graton Resort and Casino. This position is a hands-on management role responsible for overseeing the core IT infrastructure and client technologies for the company. This includes the engineering, design, enhancements, and build of both the data & voice networks. Additionally, this position will be responsible for handling switch, firewall, and router upgrades, as well as monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the Graton network. They will also be responsible for developing network standards, strategy & roadmap to securely support the growing casino operations. This role closely interacts with IT Support, Systems, and Cyber Security to facilitate efforts related to the IT network infrastructure.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop, coach, and mentor Team Members in alignment with organizational values. Allocate roles and accountabilities, fostering collaboration and a customer service culture along with developing career paths for each Team Member's professional development.
Align network technology roadmap with organizational objectives, integrating business processes with innovative technologies.
Ensure the reliability and efficiency of our networking and end user systems. Monitoring network
performance and usage to identify and resolve problems proactively.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues to include hardware failures and software glitches.
Establish best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting network hardware and related equipment.
Develop and implement network architectures to meet organizational needs. Ensuring networks are compatible with existing systems and continue to meet future requirements.
Manage the installation, configuration, and updates of all network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Work with other IT Teams to include the Project Management, Help Desk Support and Cybersecurity to support new projects, participating in the assessment and requirements planning to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
Ability to work well in a highly team driven environment.
At least five (5) years of experience managing a technical network team.
Five (5) years of experience managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting experience with hardware, such as servers, IOT, routers, bridges, switches, network interface cards.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills required. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and architecture.
Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, provide customer -facing interaction, as required. Must be able to interact effectively with people at all levels of the company.
Flexible availability, as business hours may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Cisco, Arista, Aruba, or Palo Alto are preferred.
Gaming industry experience is preferred.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
