As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our team and drive our platform to new heights.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Admin to help support business-critical internal applications (primarily, Salesforce), perform business analysis and generate reporting and forecasting for the organization, with a focus on Operations. In this role you will discover and share insights to reduce contact rates while improving the overall experience of customers and our customer support teams. Your work will directly support executive-level strategic decision-making and will help drive the operational strategy for all product operations and our departments and business units. This role will report into the Product Team and will partner with various business teams including Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR and Sales.

You will:
Salesforce architecture and administration: lead overall Salesforce system design and strategy, manage user roles/profiles, design and maintaining automation, build dashboards and reporting structures, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions. Ensure data integrity, platform performance, and cross-functional alignment with systems integrated with Salesforce.
Systems integration and automation: Implement and maintain low-code/no-code integrations and automated workflows between platforms (Salesforce, Financial systems, Reporting systems, Slack, etc) to reduce manual overhead and increase process reliability.
Operational strategy, alignment and process optimization: Lead operational planning and continuous process improvement initiatives across departments. Standardize and document internal procedures to support scale, data consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Data management and reporting: Assist in reporting environments across platforms. Build and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking mechanisms, and audit systems to ensure accurate, real-time operational visibility.
Perform business system administration and optimize the user of core internal platforms, including Salesforce, our messaging platforms (GoHighLevel and Twilio Flex) and others.
Gather, interpret, and use data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results across all aspects of our Operations teams
Analyze business performance on a daily basis to identify issues/opportunities that are highlighted by the data, and then work with the various cross-functional teams to address those issues and opportunities
Run ad-hoc analyses and special initiatives, working with large data sets to assess business performance and inform business decisions
You Have:
4 year degree in relevant field required
7+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting, finance / investment banking, operations, or similarly rigorous quantitative field
Experience in or supporting operational teams required; experience working in or in support of Operational teams is strongly preferred
Expert proficiency with SQL preferred
Experience with data visualization software (Looker/Tableau a huge plus)
Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to think through complex problems, determine proper analytical processes and procedures, independently derive conclusions and present results to the team
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Self-motivated and proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and ability to see beyond the numbers to understand the impact on the organization, teams, individual team members, and customers
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice To Have
Previous experience managing projects in a startup environment
Previous experience in telehealth, pharma, or healthcare
Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
