Job Title: Senior ERP Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior ERP Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale ERP initiatives across the enterprise. This individual will be responsible for driving business transformation by aligning ERP programs (such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full lifecycle ERP programs from strategy and selection through implementation, stabilization, and optimization.

Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop detailed program plans, budgets, and resource strategies; ensure alignment with business objectives.

Identify and mitigate program risks and issues; proactively manage dependencies across projects and teams.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, HR, IT, and other departments.

Lead steering committees and program governance processes; provide regular executive-level updates and dashboards.

Ensure effective organizational change management, communications, and training plans to support adoption.

Coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful program execution.

Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and cutover activities.

Monitor KPIs and post-implementation metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of experience in IT or business program management, with at least 5 years leading ERP initiatives.

Must have experience leading a program to replace a legacy ERP to a new ERP System

Proven experience managing ERP programs such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of core ERP business processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and HR.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certification.

Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification.

Experience managing multi-vendor ERP implementations or global rollouts.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX) and data privacy (e.g., GDPR) in ERP contexts.
