Responsibilities:

Oracle Skills Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM) is a key skill Knowledge of Cornerstone on Demand (Navigator) SaaS a benefit.

Delivers technology solutions to client businesses worldwide.

Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation

Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.

Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals Helps to drives the teams strategy and prioritizes initiatives Challenge status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing creative ideas

Analyzing your work flow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results

Basic Qualifications:

Experience of Configuration and Supporting Oracle Fusion: ORC and/or Talent and/or Learning

Proven experience in end to end implementations and application support for Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent and Learning.

Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation

Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS Customizations and end to end hire to retire process flow for all modules including Core HR, ORC, Learn, Talent and Compensation.

Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of BI reports, Approval workflow, OTBI and BI reports, OIC Integrations.

Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis

Experience on Oracle Journeys

Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation

Working knowledge of Fast formulas, HCM Data loader (HDL), OTBI and ability to troubleshoot and support config and integrations.

Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis
