The Minnie Van Service Ride Associate (MVSRA) is a Point-to-Point transportation service that creates magic by whisking our Guests around the Walt Disney World Resort. As an MVSRA, you will use the Lyft App to engage/connect with Guests that are requesting transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort. We deliver exceptional Guest Service and share product knowledge during our interactions. As an MVSRA, we operate a company vehicle within the Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando International Airport, Private Airports and Port Canaveral.

The starting pay rate for this role in Florida is $18.90 per hour plus tips.

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
Full Time requires full availability for any shift, seven (7) days a week, including weekends, nights and holidays.
Part Time requires full availability for any shift, three (3) days per week, including weekends, nights and holidays.

Valid Florida Driver's license, with five (5) years holding a valid US driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensed driving requirements
Clear a motor vehicle report screening
Receptive to random drug and alcohol testing
One (1) year of Walt Disney World experience
Must be FULLY available for two (2) weeks for training
Flexibility to work weekends, early morning or late-night shifts, including third shift
Multilingual
One (1) year of Disney Guest Facing role or related experience
Ability to drive company vehicles of multiple sizes throughout Walt Disney World property including on Interstate 4, toll roads and secured zones such as airports and Port Canaveral
Optimally maintain the safety of our Guests while operating vehicles with passengers and during inclement weather
Knowledge of routes and roadways to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort®, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs
Demonstrate a positive approach when situations arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members
Proficiently navigate a Smartphone device
Assist Guests with boarding and have the technical ability to learn and operate an accessibility lift, ECV, and/or push/pull wheelchairs
Through OJT training, learn how to install a child safety seat following Florida state guidelines
Demonstrate a passion and knowledge for Disney
We load and unload Guests personal items and luggage weighing up to 50lbs while keeping vehicles clean and presentable
Complete all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned
Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
