Join the dynamic team at Chimney Cricket & Hometown Hearth as a Service Technician! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our customers in Media, PA.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and service chimneys, fireplaces, and stoves

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances to ensure optimal performance and safety

Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper usage and care

Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used

Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality

Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in chimney and hearth technology

Assist with in-home estimates and provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or installationsRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC or related field preferred

Previous experience in chimney service, HVAC, or home repair is a plus

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CSIA and/or NFI certifications are a plusAbout Us:
