Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager
Seasoned with Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Good understanding of Procurement, Facilities, Security and Travel processes
Strong network of vendors and service providers with extraordinary vendor mgmt skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
Hands on to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with proactive process improvisation approach
Self-motivated and ability to independently drive the admin initiatives
Good knowledge of local compliances
Proficiency in MS Office, Communication ( Written & Verbal )
Ready to work in multiple time zones
