This role provides administrative, financial and project support across finance, HR, compliance and risk management functions. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Assist with day-to-day accounting and payroll tasks including data entry, invoice processing, expense tracking and reconcilations.
Maintain organized digital filing systems for Company, Finance and HR documentation.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment tracking and communication with service providers.
Track deadlines and gather documentation for licensing applications, royalty reporting and sustainability reporting.
Assist with compliance-related projects, including external audits/reviews.
This is a part-time hybrid opening, approx. 20 hrs/week. Depending on the project, most tasks can be completed remotely. There will be some in-office work at times. Office hours are 8am-5pm M-F. Work schedule will be within these hours, but flexible.
