Plasma Table Operator (Day/Night Shift)

Location: Lewisburg, PA, 17837

Pik Rite, Inc. manufactures vegetable harvesting, manure spreading equipment and commercial truck bodies from raw material to finished product.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plasma Table Operator to join our team in Lewisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a burn table, specifically with plasma cutting technology. The primary responsibilities of this role include setting up and operating CNC plasma cutting machines to cut, shape, and fabricate metal parts according to specifications.

Day shift hours are 6am - 4pm and night shift are 7:30pm - 5:30am. Night shift workers receive an added $1/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate overhead crane to load, unload and position material using lifting magnets, chains and/or straps

Operate computer panel of CNC Burn Table machine

Study blueprints/layouts/sketches for product specifications

Select and install cutting tools and other accessories according to specifications

Remove products from machines

Perform other duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

One to two years of experience operating a CNC burn table

Read blueprints and tape measure

Ability to program and operate the burn machine

Proficiency in basic math, measurement, and calculation skills

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (i.e. Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges)

High School Diploma or GED

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly Wage Depending on Experience ($19 - $22)
