Required:

3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting).

Proven success sourcing technical roles (e.g., front-end, full stack, back-end) and non-technical roles for large Fortune 500 companies. Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.

High School Diploma

The purpose of the Sr. Technical Sourcer role is to research and mine sources, as well as use AI, to seek out qualified talent. Then attract, engage, and assess in-demand tech talent and connect their skills to open roles. This is a W2 6-month contract role working fully remote.

Track current consultants’ impending end dates and market for open roles where possible to maintain their engagement with ManpowerGroup.

Sharing Expertise:

Apply knowledge of industry, tech field, and talent base to exceed expectations.

Transition interested and qualified talent to recruiters and provide an overview of the perceived match, setting recruiter up for success in marketing the candidate(s) to our client(s).

Gaining Exposure:

Assess candidate motivations and aspirations and entice them to consider and accept job opportunities

Your Typical Day:

Conduct research to build targeted candidate call list

Remarket consultants as assignment duration nears its end

Source, interview, and sell prospective candidates on our job opportunities

Candidates placed, time to fill, candidate NPS, referrals, redeployments
