Description
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive the creation of seamless, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who excels in crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the user experience. Experience in the banking and financial sector is highly beneficial, given the complexities of digital transactions, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to UX strategy development, collaborating with the UX Lead to refine and enhance user experience direction.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that balance user needs with business objectives.
Work closely with a UX Researcher to interpret research insights and apply findings to improve the user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with product goals.
Ensure design system consistency, contributing to and evolving design system components for scalable product design.
Advocate for accessibility (WCAG), usability, and best practices throughout the design process.
Partner with developers to ensure accurate and effective implementation of UX/UI designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in Figma, and other UX/UI design tools.
Strong ability to create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Experience collaborating with UX Researchers to integrate user research insights into the design process.
Deep understanding of design systems, including creation, maintenance, and scalable implementation.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to strategy and articulate design decisions.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for financial services or banking, with an understanding of security, compliance, and complex transactional workflows.
Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animations to enhance UI engagement.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to iterative design processes.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
